1. Our guiding principle
Our recruitment and hiring practices at Saisy Germany are based on the highest ethical standards. We promote processes and procedures that are characterized by fairness and transparency and reflect the guiding principle of equality. We are aware of the special responsibility that everyone involved in the recruitment process for nursing professionals bears and are always ready to assume this responsibility. Within the recruitment process, we at Saisy Germany consider this obligation to be binding for all employees, customers and business partners and are guided by the guidelines of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Philippine Overseas Employment Authority (POEA) and the Iris Standard, and are guided by the GAPA guidelines for the fair recruitment of nursing staff from abroad. We always adhere to the current quality and placement standards of these organizations.
Saisy Germany is committed to complying with all relevant international regulations, agreements and standards that govern the recruitment of skilled workers on the German labor market. These standards serve as a guideline that Saisy Germany, together with its business partners and customers, seeks to improve in their respective areas of responsibility, especially for the benefit of Filipino nursing staff.

In addition, Saisy Germany is firmly committed to upholding international human rights in accordance with the UN human rights conventions and the "United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights". This serves to underline the binding nature of the agreements and to facilitate the documentation of all procedural steps. Saisy Germany is committed to ensuring that the professionals they recruit do not incur any costs related to recruitment, immigration or work permits. In accordance with the "employer pays" principle, Saisy Germany covers all costs incurred in the recruitment process and ensures that there is no financial burden on the nursing professionals.
